After following for around 9 months, I can see a profit of 90u at 31% ROI. That’s incredible consistency on the golf scene.
Every tournament seems to come close, usually with a placing. He also snagged the winner a few times, making it a great return.
These tips are completely free and the following is big, you can see the immediate price impact. I’m happy to follow these later in the day once they settle for a low risk approach.
Definitely one of the best free tipsters around. You won’t get the published odds, but that’s okay!

Joe is a very good tipster, who really takes the time to work out what is required to win a golf tournament each week, his results are proof of this, and he is always able to give you reasoning behind each selection.

Great value tips and consistent winners

Joe is a good down to earth tipster especially with his golf tips. Gives decent coverage of his picks, with sensible comments as to his reasons. Doesn’t ram things down your neck and always suggests keeping to a stakes plan. Offers occasional horse tips and clearly says when it’s a “fun bet”. Discord group always a good read and some comments I’ve read on other reviews are simply not true. Doesn’t charge for tips merely brings like minded people together in a friendly community no forcing the issue. Never met him but feel he’s a good all round guy.

We might be friends for coming up 4 years now & we done a show together for over 80 episodes but Jamie is one of the most consistent performers in the Golf Tipping world and does a great job previewing for Betting Odds!
My mate, my old right hand man, Mr Consistency Broadhurst!

I found The Caddy to be profitable and their tips were manageable and easy to follow. I’d previously found some golf tipsters to have far too many bets for my bank roll.
They provide good midway point updates without constantly bombarding you with detail and in my experience we’re often even profitable in weeks when they didn’t tip the outright winner.

Golf Tipster Rankings
The idea of the golf tipster rankings is to try and give punters an idea of the best accounts to follow. I would say creating a fair rankings and ratings system is near on impossible, but hopefully it still helps punters make the right choices.
I’ve scored each tipster out of 100 depending on a number of key factors which I believe are very important. Often the information is simply not available and that might heavily effect a tipsters position in the rankings. But if they don’t track their bets or share their profit/loss, how can they expect any punters to follow?
Profitability
This is obviously the most important aspect for any tipster, but it can be misleading. Some of the most profitable golf tipsters out there achieve their record by taking prices from smaller tours that simply are not available to most punters. So whilst it’s the key factor when picking which golf tipster to follow, it certainly shouldn’t be the only aspect you focus on.
Punter Reviews
Who better to rate a tipster than the actual punters that have followed the service. With so many tipsters around there are only so many I can back with my own money. Plus as punters we have different experiences due to which bookmakers we can bet with and even the time of day we are online to bet.
The more good reviews that a tipster receives then the higher up the rankings they will go.
Odds Availability
A difficult stat to get right but it will take into account which bookmakers tipsters choose to use for their selections and whether they simply snap up top prices which are only available for a limited time. Golf tipsters who posted their selections on a Wednesday when the market has settled are likely to have a better odds availability rating than those who take early prices on a Monday.
Longevity
This simply factors in how long the golf tipster has been operating for. If you had 50 golf tipsters start a new season from scratch, 1 of them would probably have superb stats come the end of that year. That’s just probability. It doesn’t mean they will continue that success, so it’s important to consider how long tipsters have been beating the bookmakers for.
Affordability
This simply factors in the cost of a service. There are lots of free golf tipsters out there days to choose from. There are also a lot premium services. Paying a monthly subscription will obviously eat into your profit following that tipster.
Previews
The final and least important factor is the quality of write ups and previews. Whilst not always considered important by many punters, understanding why tipsters have selected their picks is always good to know.
