So I stumbled on Whippetman doing some more in depth research. When I say in depth, I typed in “Greyhound Tipsters” into google and OLBG was high up the list. The only Greyhound tipster listed on their site at the time was Whippetman.
Turns out his results on the dogs over the past 12 months are pretty impressive. A ROI of 12%, a 46% strike rate and a profit of +249pts.
He’s been tipping on OLBG since 2010 and actually covers the majority of sports. So this does raise the question, is he actually really knowledgeable on the dogs or has he just been lucky?
If you tip on 12 sports, probability suggests you might get lucky on one of them. Although that said, it’s a pretty big sample size so lets be positive and give him the benefit of the doubt.
Whippetman has actually banked over £5k in prizes in his time at OLBG. A decent return, although when you break it down it averages out at £26 per month, so for the time he puts in, he’s not going to be retiring anytime soon.
That said, if his bio is correct and he has been following horse racing for 50 years, then it’s likely he’s been retired for a while.
OLBG is a bit of a minefield when it comes to finding tipsters and I won’t make a habit of listing many on this site. But the Whippetman does leave previews for all of his greyhound tips, their free and the results over the past 12 months actually suggest he’s worth following.
We’ve found a couple of decent tipsters from OLBG including Ryan We Racing, so I wouldn’t dismiss these tips. Perhaps try and follow for a month or two at low stakes and see how you get on.
If you’ve followed the Whippetman and his greyhound betting tips then you can leave a review below. These reviews will help other punters make the best choices when it comes to which tipsters to follow. Thank you in advance.
