My short lived winning streak came to an end as Newcastle were battered 3-0 at Goodison Park and Anthony Gordon kept out of trouble.
£50 lost. Or was it? 3 days in and my profit stands at £8 with a 10% ROI. All for very little time and effort invested. Plus it was exciting and a lot of fun, that’s what gambling should be about right.
I’m yet to really hone down this strategy or decide when is the right time to cash in, but let’s see how it evolves. I did have to try and explain to the missus how the £50 bet was in fact a strategic approach but she didn’t get it and now assumes I’ll be losing that kind of money every day. I won’t.
With the winning streak coming to an end it’s back to square one and a £5 investment on my favourite bet of the day. To be honest with no Premier League action to get stuck into I didn’t spend long searching for a wager.
I took the advice of Premium darts tipster On The Oche. Given his service is for paying customers only I’m afraid I cannot share that bet with you. You’ll just have to sign up to his 14 day free trial to find out who he’s backing at odds of 12/5 today.
What else is going on in the World of betting? Well my enthusiasm for golf has dropped to an all time low with the announcement that John Rahm has joined the LIV Tour.
I’m totally confused in truth. Here we have a player who said he was only interested in the history of the game and winning major titles, but now looks like money has turned him. £450 million is the price tag being branded about which is disgusting in my opinion. Unless of course Rahm uses that to help good causes, in which case it’s justified, but even so, surely one golfer is not worth that amount?
I was also under the impression the LIV Tour and PGA Tour were joining forces, so I’m not sure what happened there. To be honest it’s left me with a sour taste in my mouth and I’m not sure I really want to be following the sport I once loved so much.
Plus it doesn’t fit into my current approach, so there is that as well.
Sticking with golf and tipster Ginger Joe had 3 new reviews yesterday. All 5 stars, backing his service and claiming he’s one to follow. The reviews to date have been mixed and the claims of big profits have yet to be confirmed.
It’s not for me to pass judgement in truth. I can only listen to the voice of others and everyone is worthy of an opinion. Plus tipsters make mistakes and can always learn from those. That might be the case in this instance.
My best advice is to try for yourself and make your own mind up. Although with 11 golf tipsters above Ginger Joe in the rankings, there are plenty of other options to choose from.
Good luck with your bets today and hopefully I’ll have a bigger stake to reinvest tomorrow if my darts bet comes in.
