Blogabet is a market place or social media network where tipsters can sell their picks, and punters can search for profitable services to follow.
I think the former is easier than the latter. Many years ago when I decided I wanted to try my hand at being a premium tennis tipster, I used Blogabet as a way of increasing my following.
To be honest it was probably the best source of interaction I got, compared to other tipster platforms. So there is clearly punters on there looking for tips and willing to pay, not that I ever reached that stage.
As a free tipster on Blogabet you do post the odds yourself and even settle the results. This does lead to the potential of inaccuracies so don’t assume every tipster on there is honest or that their stats are correct.
It’s only when tipsters start to charge for their tips, that the admin get involved and start settling the results.
Tipsters also have the option to reset their account as often as possible. So if you started tipping on Blogabet and had a bad run of results, you couldn’t simply hit the reset button and start again.
To be fair, Blogabet does display how often a tipster has used the reset button, so it doesn’t go hidden. But it’s another reason why you just need to be a little bit careful when searching for tipsters to follow.
The site is also a bit of a minefield. What I mean by that, is at the time of adding this profile, there are 3,721 tips active on the site. That’s a lot. So finding the quality tips is not an easy task.
The stats are very good though. Profit and ROI (yield) are clearly marked. They also tell you which bookmakers tipsters use for their selections, which given the age we live in, of account restrictions, that’s an important thing to know.
Tipsters have the ability to vary their stakes from 1-10. There is also the option to leave insight with the tips as well as posting in-play selections. So I think it’s a great place for any tipsters looking to attract an audience. How good it is for punters looking for quality tips, I’m still not sure.
I also took a look at those tipsters charging for their tips. Some were asking in excess of €299 per month. What that tells me is they are just pushing their luck in the hope 1 or 2 ignorant punters sign up expecting to get quality tips. That set the alarm bells ringing for me.
But let’s give Blogabet credit. It’s a website that has been in existence since 2012 and clearly there is still a lot of work involved in grading tips and keeping members in check. Whether it’s the site that will help you beat the bookmakers, I think the jury is still out.
If you have used Blogabet in the past, either as a tipster or a punter, then why not leave a review below. This will help punters find the best websites for them when it comes to making a profit online. Thanks in advance.
