Whilst both of those platforms ultimately want you to lose, the tips from James are clearly aimed with profit in mind. This is not a tipster churning out accumulators or big priced Bet Builders.

His selections are well thought out with excellent reasoning backed up with stats. I’ve come across many paid tipsters who don’t produce this kind of quality research to support their selections so James deserves credit for this. Granted PP and ABC are paying him to produce the content, but still, the tips are good.

Will they win you money? Possibly not. But you need to appreciate a tipster like James is given certain matches to tip on, making it hard to be selective.

As with any free football betting tipster like James my suggestion is to read his work and then decide for yourself whether you think it’s a good bet or not. There are lots of good free tipsters out there these days but you don’t have to back every single one of their tips.

It’s an approach I have adopted since I started tracking my bets again and it’s yielding some excellent results. It’s also fun, because you get to read a lot and learn about the beautiful game, rather than spend your whole time placing bets and tracking your results.

In truth James is not a tipster I’ve followed yet but I certainly wouldn’t put anyone off reading his tips, just be selective, and back the tips you feel offer the best value.
