| The Toronto Blue Jays were founded in 1977 and are the only team from outside the United States to win the World Series. They won two in 1992 and 1993. The Blue Jays team colours are White, Black, Grey and Blue. They play their home matches at the Rogers Centre which has a capacity of 50,598. |

| The Toronto Blue Jays have failed to reach the playoffs for the past thirteen seasons. In their last appearance in 1993 they won their second consecutive World Series. Last season the Blue Jays came close to ending this run but finished 2nd in the Eastern Division. They managed to record 87 victories. |
