The Marseille tennis tournament is known more commonly as the 'Open 13'. It was first staged in 1993 when Marc Rosset won the title. It takes place during February and is staged in Marseille, France. Matches are played indoors on hard courts.

The main singles draw consists of 32 players. Since the tournament began Marc Rosset and Thomas Enqvist have won the tournament on three occasions. In recent years there have been different winners every single time, most recently Andy Murray in 2008.
