Tim Henman was born on September 6th, 1974 in Oxford, England. He turned pro in 1993 and has won eleven tournaments on the ATP Tour. He has been Britain's biggest chance of winning Wimbledon since Fred Perry in the 1930. He has reached the semi-finals on four occasions.
His best chance came in 2001 when he beat Roger Federer in the Quarter finals but bowed out to eventual champion Goran Ivanisevic. His highest ranking came in August 2002 when he was the number four player in the world. His biggest win came at the 2003 Paris Master Series. |
