Arnaud Clement was born on December 17th, 1977 in Aix-en-Provence, France. He turned pro in 1996 and has won four titles on the ATP Tour. Clement started playing tennis at the age of seven and he is often recognized on the court for wearing a bandana and sunglasses.
He won his first tournament in Lyon in 2000. The following year he reached the final of Australian Open only to lose to Andre Agassi. He won again in his home country in 2003 in Metz. Then after two and a half years without a victory he won twice in 2006 including his first win outside of France. |
