Soldiers Tale
The Golden Jubilee Stakes is a Group 1 flat horse race contested by three year old and above thoroughbreds. It is raced over 6 furlongs. The race takes place during the Royal Ascot festival in June and first took place in 1868. The winner of the 2007 race was Soldiers Tale. It was upgraded to a group 1 race in 2002 and was renamed to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth.
