| Sunderland Greyhound stadium has recently been refurbished and now has a superb glass fronted restaurant with plasma TV's. It was voted the Northern Greyhound Track of the year in 2005. Racing takes place on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. |

The Facilities at Sunderland Stadium are excellent. Northern Lights Restaurant has 150 seats and offers a superb view of the track. There are betting facilities and a cocktail bar. There are six executive boxes where you can have your own hostess for the evening as well as a private bar and private betting.
Sunderland Greyhound Stadium has its own nightclub which offers late night dancing until 12.45am on Fridays and Saturdays. This is excellent for people who do not want to go home once the racing has finished. |

| The stadium is located on the A184 between Sunderland and the A19. If traveling by car take the A19 and at Testo's roundabout take the A184 sign posted Sunderland. The track is approximately three miles down the road on the left hand side. The nearest train station is Sunderland. |
