The Open de Andalucia is a new event on the European Tour first held in 2007. It takes place in May and is staged at Aloha Golf Club. The tournaments full name is the Valle Romano Open de Andalucia. Miguel Angel Jiminez was heavily involved in promoting the event.

The current champion of the event is Thomas Levet. Oliver Fisher had a one shot lead playing the last hole but a bogey meant there was a tie at the top. Fisher once again bogeyed the 18th hole in the playoff and a par was enough to give Levet the title.
