The Mastercard Masters is a co-sanctioned event on the Australasian and European Tours. The current champion is Aaron Baddeley. In 2006 the tournament was included in the European Tour schedule for the first time. Winnings count towards the 2007 tour season.
The tournament was first played in 1979 and is also known as the Australian Masters. The winner of the event is rewarded with a golden jacket. It takes place at Huntingdale Golf Club in Victoria, Australia. Five of the last six winners have come form Australia. |
