The EDS Byron Nelson Championship is a PGA Tour event and takes place in April. The current champion is Adam Scott from Australia. The tournament takes place at the Four Seasons Resort in Irving, Texas. The tournament was first held in 1944 and won by Byron Nelson.
The first two rounds of the event are played on two courses, the TPC and Cottonwood Valley. This is because the event was often disrupted by weather and using both courses speeds up play. The final two rounds are played on the TPC course. |
