Bubba Watson was born on November 5th, 1978 in Florida, USA. He turned pro in 2002 and is the longest hitter in world golf today averaging over 318 yards. He taught himself the game of golf by playing with plastic balls in his road from the age of six. He claims he just steps up and hits it.

Watson played on the Nationwide Tour between 2003 and 2005. In his third season on the second tier tour he finished 21st on the money list and secured the last available place on the PGA Tour. He had an excellent start to his rookie season finishing T3 at the Sony Open.
