Charles Warren was born on June 21st, 1995 in Columbia, USA. He turned pro in 1998 and successfully made it through the PGA Tour Qualifying School. In his rookie season he only made 8 cuts and had a best finish of T24. He then spent the next five years playing his golf on the Nationwide Tour.

In 2002 he finished 16th on the money list and was just $10,000 short in earnings of regaining his PGA Tour card. Two years later he did achieve this by finishing 8th on the money list which including two tournament victories won on consecutive starts.
