Anthony Wall was born on May 29th, 1975 in England. He represented England Boys and won the 1994 Sunningdale Foursomes as an amateur. He used to practice a lot with Nick Faldo at Sunningdale. Wall turned pro in 1995 and won his place on the European Tour at the Q-school in 1996.

He had to return to Qualifying School later that year after missing most of the season with glandular fever. He again won his card and in 2000 won his first tournament in South Africa. Wall is an excellent ball striker and has made big progress in 2006.
