Joey Snyder III was born on June 7th, 1973 in New York , USA. He turned pro in 1996 and has played on a number of different tours. He has played in Asia, Canada, the Nationwide Tour and the Gateway Tour. He has been to the PGA Tour qualifying school every year between 1996 - 2004.
In 2004 Snyder's persistence paid off as he finish T13 at Q-School. He then had a very impressive rookie season on the PGA Tour, earning over $1 million. He even led the Southern Farm Bureau Classic after three rounds, eventually finishing 4th. In 2006 he only played 6 events due to injury. |
