Jason Bohn was born on April 24th, 1973 in Pennsylvania, USA. Whilst attending University he won $1 million in a hole-in-one shootout. He started his playing career on the Canadian Tour. He two victories in Canada including a final round 58 (13 under par).

He then progressed onto the Nationwide Tour and finished 9th in the rankings to earn his place on the PGA Tour. Bohn had a poor first season but won his card back through Qualifying School. Then in 2005 he won his first tournament at the BC Open. Bohn finished 43rd on the money list in 2006.
