The Brazilian Grand Prix is the final race of the Formula One season and is where the Drivers Championship could well be decided. The Grand Premio do Brasil as it is officially known is raced over 71 laps of the Autodrome Jose Carlos Pace in Sao Paulo.

The race was first held in 1972 and there have been some very exciting races since. Alain Prost has been the most successful driver in Brazil winner the race on 6 occasions. The current champion is Kimi Raikkonen whose victory clinched him the World Championship.
