Fenerbache play in the Turkish Super League. They were founded in 1907 and play in a yellow and blue striped shirt with blue shorts. They play their home games at the Surtu Saracoglu Stadium which has a capacity of 52,530. Fenerbache are nicknamed the Yellow Canaries.

Fenerbache had their best run in Europe in 2007/08. They made it through the group stage thanks to excellent home wins over CSKA Moscow, Inter and PSV Eindhoven. They then beat Sevilla on penalties in an enthralling 2nd Round tie which finished 5 - 5 on aggregate.
