Milton Keynes Dons currently play their football in League Two and are nicknamed the Dons. They are currently managed by Roberto Di Matteo. They will play their home games in their new ground, Stadium MK. It will be open for the 2007-08 season and boasts a capacity of 22,000.

MK Dons are a continuation of Wimbledon FC who used to play in South London. The team relocated in 2004 and changed its name for the 04-05 season. They have lost nearly all of their fan base who follow a newly formed team called AFC Wimbledon. They were relegated from League One in 2006.
