Fulham are based in London and were formed in 1879. They play their home games at Craven Cottage which is situated on the banks of the River Thames. Fulham play in White shirts, Black shorts and White socks. They are currently managed by Roy Hodgson.
Fulham spent many years in the lower league of English football. Their recent success started when Mohamed Al-Fayed purchased the club. He appointed Kevin Keegan and Ray Wilkins. Success quickly followed as Fulham won promotion in 1997 and 1999. In 2001 they won the Championship. |
