Lee Palfreyman was born in England and made his TV debut in 2002. He made a huge impact at the Las Vegas Desert Classic that year causing huge upsets with wins over Colin Lloyd and Simon Whatley to progress to the semi finals. He was eventually beaten by Phil Taylor 0 - 3.

Palfreyman then qualified for the 2003 PDC World Championship but was beaten in the first round by Mick Manning. Since then he has reached the fourth round of the UK Open on three occasions. Most recently in 2007 where he was eliminated 5 - 11 by Alex Roy.
