Jimmy Mann was born on July 19th, 1978 in Carshalton, England. He made his TV debut in 2005 at the UK Open. He is quite new to the PDC circuit and has featured in two major televised events. He has been very impressive in qualifying events.

Mann made his first appearance in a World Championship in 2006. He qualified for the event in superb fashion losing just two legs. He then played Terry Jenkins in possibly the best first round match ever, losing an epic 3 - 2. Later in the year he reached the 4th round of the UK Open.
