Alan Green was born on September 11th, 1968 in England. He has the nickname Danger Scouse and made his TV debut in 2006. The following season he had best performance on the PDC reaching the Quarter Finals of the UK Open beating Kevin McDine and Darren Webster along the way.

He was eventually beaten by Colin Osbourne in the last eight. That year Green also played in the World Championship but was beaten in the first round by John Part. His brother Robbie is also a professional darts player.
