Mark Dudbridge was born on January 11th, 1973 in Bristol, England. He is nicknamed 'flash' and made his television debut in 2002. He quickly established himself as one of the leading players on the PDC circuit with a number of very impressive performances.

In his World championship debut in 2004 he caused an upset beating John Part. the same year he reached the final of the World Matchplay losing to Phil Taylor. He again lost out to Taylor when he reached the final of the World Championship in 2005. Since then he has underachieved.
