Andy Callaby was born on March 10th, 1965 in England. He is nicknamed 'Super Cally' and made his TV debut in 2004. Callaby qualified for his first major television event in 2004, the World Grand Prix. In the 1st Round he caused one of the biggest upsets ever.

He was given the hardest possible draw against Phil Taylor. As a complete outsider he shocked the darting world beating Taylor 2 - 0 in sets. He eventually lost in the quarter finals to Alan Warriner Little. In 2006 reached the Quarter Finals of the UK Open.
