This tennis betting tip comes from the WTA event in Gangzhou, China and the first round match between Petra Martic (#54) and Kai-Chen Chang (#156).
Chang made a name for herself a couple of years ago beating then number 1 Safina in Tokyo.
Her highest ranking was 82 last summer and she will be keen to get her ranking moving back up in the right direction this week.
Her form's not great but she took a set off the in form Agnieszka Radwanska (#14) a few weeks ago.
Last year she reached the 2nd round her so she will need to win this match to stop her ranking from falling further.
As a Taiwanese player she'll have a lot of support from the home crowd who consider her to be Chinese.
Petra Martic is certainly in great form having won a lot of matches in North America.
Her level of motivation this week in China has to be questioned however.
She's never played at this tournament before and we have no idea if she's comfortable here. She may well want to get to Tokyo as soon as possible to prepare for what is a much bigger tournament next week.
The weather will be very hot (34 degrees) and humid tomorrow and Chang is likely to be more used to these conditions.
Martic may well do the home fans a favour here and lose this match. Even if she gives her all she may find the conditions difficult and get beaten by a young talented player.
Anyone risking a lot of money on Martic in this match would be crazy as the odds are poor. I prefer to do the opposite and bet on Chang who's odds offer great value.
