Kempton Stop The World

Horse racing - Kempton - 09 Feb 16:05

If the Point-To-Point form is anything to go by then Stop The World is a smart horse and potentially the one to beat here.

In April 2017 he made his debut in a Quakerstown PTP, he ran a solid race for 2nd having let the eventual winner get first run and it was a race ran in a fast time.

The eventual winner was Brewinupastorm, he recently won a similar race to this by 9 lengths and is now around 20/1 for the Champion Bumper!

The horses in 3rd & 6th have both won a PTP since then too, adding more strength to that form.

That 2nd to Brewinupastorm really does look like strong form with that one easily winning a bumper since, I'm expecting Stop The World to follow suit here.

He's a half-brother to Willie Mullins horse Up For Review, he won a bumper on rules debut which is promising .

He's trained by Tom George who does better in this discipline that any other with a 21% strike rate in bumpers over the last 5 years. He recently saddled an impressive bumper winner in the same colours too.

11/1 looks tidy, especially with Bet365 opening at just 6/1.
