Key Points
- This golf betting tip comes from the Dubai Desert Classic and the 1st Round 3 Ball between Ricardo Gonzalez, Peter Uhlein and Damien McGrane.

- Last season he shot a final round of 64 in this tournament to finish inside the top 15. He will of been relishing a return ever since.
- The key is his current form with Gonzalez playing very well last week in Qatar to finish 5th place.
- Peter Uhlein was the 2010 US Amateur Champion and recently turned pro. He joined the Chubby Chandler management stable and is playing on the back of invites.
- He will have never played this course in Dubai so is at a big disadvantage. Last week in struggled in in Qatar shooting rounds of 77 and 75 to miss the cut by some way.
- Uhlein has a bright future but this season will be a learning curve and I don't expect him to be around at the weekend.
- That just leaves Damien McGrane who has made a poor start to 2012. He missed the cut in Abu Dhabi and the Africa Open.
- Despite shooting a 1st Round of 63 in the Joburg Open McGrane could only finish 46th.
- Last week in Qatar McGrane made the cut on the number but shot 73 on Sunday when most of the field were shooting sub 70 in perfect conditions.
- McGrane has a very average record in the Dubai Desert Classic finishing inside the top 20 just once in 8 appearances.
