Reading v Millwall

Football - The Championship - 03 Feb 15:00

After coming so close to promotion last season, Jap Staam's Reading have struggled to find any consistency this campaign. Tuesday's win at Burton ended a winless run of eight league games. The Royals have won just one of their last seven at the Madjeski in the Championship. January additions Tommy Elphick and Chris Martin add much needed experience and quality at both ends of the pitch.

Millwall have adapted to life up a division pretty well this term. They've been able to retain their relentless and aggressive style, especially at The Den. They picked up their first away win of the season in their last outing at Leeds, but despite results not going their way, they've remained competitive throughout. Neil Harris' team have lost just one of 14 away games by more than the single goal, and have avoided defeat at the likes of Aston Villa, Brentford and Bristol City.

The Lions have lost just one of eight games and will have been boosted by the additions of Jason Shackell, Ben Marshall and Tim Cahill in the last week.

I expect a very tight game, as most Millwall games have been, with the Lions outperforming their odds.
