Chelsea 20+ Booking Points v Watford

Football - Premier League - 21 Oct 12:30

I think Watford will put up a decent account of themselves today; they've only lost 1 game in the league so far, and that was to leaders Man City, who are beating pretty much everyone at present.

Chelsea have actually lost their last 2 PL games, and come into this after what must feel like 2 points dropped in the CL v Roma on Wednesday. From being 2-0 up to drawing 3-3, I have no doubt that took a lot out the players, especially since they have only had 2 full days rest/to prepare, as opposed to Watford who played in the late kick off last Saturday.

Chelsea also come into this after the defeat to rock bottom Crystal Palace last week, and with no Kante to shore things up in the middle of the park, that's now 5 goals they have shipped in 2 games without him.

This bet has won in 5/8 of Chelsea's games last year. Watford were superb in the 2nd half v Arsenal, and whilst Chelsea will likely be more equipped to deal with the physicality than the Gunners, I'm imaging a pretty physical tussle.

We could see David Luiz in midfield again alongside Bakayoko and Fabregas, all 3 of whom are card getters. The ref for this game is Jon Moss, who is averaging 3.67 cards per game in the PL this season but has shown 4 or more in 4/6.
