Welling & BTTS vs Concord Rangers

Football - League 2 - 11 Nov 15:00

Welling 3rd (29 points, scored 27, conceded 18).
Concord 19th (13 points, scored 14, conceded 24).

Welling are one of the form sides in the division and now find themselves 3rd in the table winning 7 of their last 10 games. Their away form has been marginally better than their home form this season with a couple of defeats in recent games but their run of 3 away wins back to back, including a good 2-1 defeat away to 7th placed St Albans last time out, is sure to give them a great confidence.

With 5 wins in their last 6 games they have scored 13 goals and last failed to find the net 12 games ago.

They face a very interesting side in Concord Rangers. They're unbeaten in 10 games but they've not won in 7...? That's because they've drawn their last 7 games in all competitions! 6 of those finished 1-1 and the other 2-2 - so I'm expecting them to score.

5 of those 7 games were at home though, and not against any of the top sides in their division although they did get a good draw vs Woking in the FA Cup. Away from home though they've not won in 15 games and although they've drawn their last 4, they lost the previous 8.

I think Welling will be too strong for Concord here. The away side have shown they are tough to beat but overall I think Welling are performing at a higher level against better sides and should get the result. They won 3-1 in this fixture last season.
