Valencia +0 Asian Handicap v Real Madrid

Football - La Liga - 27 Jan 15:15

I really don’t see Valencia getting beat here. They have been back to their best this season in 3rd place and have been formidable at home.

They have W7, D2 and L1 of their 10 home games in La Liga, with the 2 draws coming against Barca and Atleti, with the defeat against Villarreal. They smashed Sevilla 4-0 at home earlier in the season. They have scored 21 and conceded just 6 at home.

Madrid on the other hand have had a poor season, despite being 4th. They are already a massive 19 points behind rivals Barca and were embarrassingly knocked out the cup at home to Leganes in the week.

They have won just 4 of their 8 away games this season, including a defeat to lowly Girona. Whilst they have only lost 1/8, they have scraped to wins against the likes of Getafe and Alaves (both 1-2) and struggled against the better teams, Celta, Bilbao and Atleti all draws.

I just can’t see Valencia getting beat here, especially when historically they have avoided defeat in 7 of the last 10 meetings and gained a 2-2 draw at the Bernebeu earlier in the season. The Mestalla will be buzzing tonight and I see a void as the worst outcome here.
