Arsenal Half Time/Full Time v Everton

Football - England Premier League - 03 Feb 17:30

Arsenal take on Everton in the English Premier League.

Humiliation in midweek for Arsenal losing 3-1 away at Swansea. The result was probably not that much of a shock in terms of how Arsenal travel away from home this season, and Swansea did manage to beat Liverpool just prior to that game, For me Arsenal are a completely different team at home and that is backed up with 9 wins out of 12 on home soil.

Arsenal look to have done some good business in the transfer window, with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang coming in from Dortmund, and Henrikh Mkhitaryan from Manchester United. I'm expecting these two to hit the ground running under Wenger. The demands of Mourinho and what he wants all his players to do defensively is the reason Mkhitaryan fell out of favor at Old Trafford, after a good start in the early stages of the season lets not forget. Wenger will give him more freedom and he will play a big part in the game for sure.

Aubameyang may not play due to illness, but he will be a force in the league and an upgrade on what they have.

I'm going for Arsenal HT/FT in this one. Arsenal have been leading at Half time in 7 of their 9 wins at the Emirates, and with their new additions to come in alongside what they have already they will be too good for Everton.on the day.

Everton have remained poor away from home and still have the solitary win this term. Last time out they were torn apart by Tottenham, losing 1-0 at Half time, to go on and lose 4-0 in the end.

Defensively Everton do struggle and have conceded 23 goals away, more than the current bottom 3 teams, Southampton, Swansea and West Brom.
