Rob Cross -2.5 legs v Simon Whitlock

Darts - Premier League - 08 Feb 20:00

It’s not been a great start to the new darts season for the World Champion Rob Cross. I’m expecting a big reaction to tonight’s tussle against Simon Whitlock.

He didn’t play too badly over the weekend though and ridiculously lost whilst averaging 105.30 in a game against Jamie Hughes.

Cross was ranked second in the average stats over the weekend with his first nine dart average being 110. It was the poor doubling which cost him.

Rob has the darts tonight so as long as Rob gets a break of throw up before leg number 12 then this has a good chance of landing.

Yes Whitlock was good last week but we have seen Whitlock struggle to kick on after a few good results over the past twelve months.

Tournaments after the Grand Prix end of last year as an example.

Simon did only win one game over Saturday and Sunday at the qualifiers losing to Lee Evans and Robert Marijanovic.
