Michael Smith -2.5 Most 180's Handicap v Mervyn King

Darts - PDC World Championship - 23 Dec 14:15

Really looking forward to this game, both these players have been involved in five set first round thrillers.
It is amazing that for the fourth year running Michael Smith looks like saving his best for the World Championship. He was absolutely superb here last year and really should have made the semi-finals after losing a 3-0 lead to Raymond Van Barneveld in the quarters.
Onto the 180's market in this game and I expect Smith to win this market pretty comfortably. In the opening round he hit 7 180's compared to King's 2. They both played five set games. King's scoring was way off in the early part of the game it was his excellent checkouts that in the end saved him from an opening round defeat.
King's and Smith's only previous TV meeting was at the UK open six years ago.
King's problem in the first round was his first dart was dropping just below the treble twenty in the early part of the match which is why his scoring was way off.
Smith's throw was perfect in his opening game and the stats back that up with 7 180's and 13 140+ scores.
